J-PACT - A centralized admission test eligible for International Students and Returning Singaporeans (Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents) who are not schooling in any Singapore Mainstream Schools. This service is an initiative by PAI to streamline the application and admission process forthese group of students who wish to seek admission into Singapore Mainstream Schools.

With the certification test results being recognized by participating schools, we have, since the launch of PACT in 2004, helped more than 25,000 student candidates save time and cost by removing the need for them to take entrance exams administered at the individual institutions. J-PACT assists our local schools by providing standardized proficiency certification for entry to Junior Colleges/Millennia Institute. These student candidates comprise mostly of International Students from the region, seeking a place in the Singapore Education System.

  • J-PACT provides the conveniences for eligible International Students and Returning Singaporeans (Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents) who are not schooling in any Singapore MOE School and wishes to seek school admission into a Junior College and Millennia Institute levels.
  • J-PACT is usually conducted towards the end of each year, and is for admission to Pre-University 1 of JC/MI.
  • Eligible International Students and Returning Singaporeans who participate in J-PACT will sit for English and Mathematics tests.
